Game Format
- •Two 25-minute halves.
- •Clock stops at the 1:00 mark of the first half.
- •Clock stops at the 2:00 mark of the second half.
- •6 fouls and a player has fouled out.
- •Games are officiated by 2 referees plus a scorekeeper.
- •Regular season is 8 games, played Monday through Thursday, 7:00–9:15 PM.

Rosters & Eligibility
- •Rosters are capped at 8 players.
- •All players must register through the JBA website before playing.
- •Players join their team using the unique team link sent to their captain.

Substitutes
- •Association & J League: you must get approval from the commissioner before bringing in a sub.
- •The W: subs simply sign up on the team page — no commissioner approval needed.
- •All subs must register as an approved sub beforehand — the sub registration form is on each team page.
- •Playoff subs: captains must request a sub in the group chat with the opposing captain and the commissioner, who will approve or deny the request.
- •If a captain doesn't want to find a sub, he can request that the commissioner post for a sub in the league chat. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before game time.
- •The fee for a commissioner-sourced sub is $10, charged to the sub if they are not already in the JBA.

Playoffs
- •Playoff qualification is a record of 4-4 or better.
- •Tie-breaker #1: head-to-head record.
- •Tie-breaker #2: point differential.
- •Playoff format and bracket are announced near the end of the regular season.

Conduct & Forfeits
- •Teams must field the minimum number of players at game time or the game is a forfeit.
- •Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in ejection or suspension at the commissioner’s discretion.
- •Respect the officials, the gym staff, and your opponents.

Payment & Registration
- •League fee is $2,050 per team, due in full to confirm your spot.
- •A team’s spot is not saved until payment is received.
- •Payment can be made by Zelle (201-468-4466) or Venmo (@avi-baron).
