Game Recap
Even without leading scorer Andrew Helft, the Bergen Broncos took care of business. Rolling with just five players, Zach Klez and Harry Orlinsky each dropped 15+. Daniel Lando owned the paint on defense and the boards, and Sokol stretched the floor to keep the offense humming. Bergen blitzed the game early, building a commanding lead in the first ten minutes. The other side made a push midway through the second half, sparked by an 11-0 run from Meisels, but it was too little, too late. Bergen steadied themselves and closed it out as their talent ultimately proved overwhelming.

Spring 2025
Game Recap
The Steezhawks came in loaded — size, speed, and swagger. Neither team budged until late in the first half when a couple of STST turnovers gave the Steezhawks just enough daylight to edge ahead. But STST wouldn't fold. The second half was a war. Both sides trading blows until the Steezhawks pushed it to 12. That's when Jared took over — threes from deep, bullying mismatches in the mid-post, snatching offensive boards and finishing through contact. Mike struck first in the rally — a tough finish that cut it to 2, then Jared splashed a dagger three — suddenly STST was up 9 with a minute to go. The Steezhawks weren't done but STST locked in, forced a miss, grabbed the rebound. Jack was fouled again and again he was ice — two more free throws to make it five. STST — Spring 2025 Association Champions.

Game Recap
In a rematch of a regular season game that saw Goon Squad squeak out a 1 point overtime win, both teams were feeling confident with star players returning. Noah Englemeyer for 42nd Street and Evan Jaffe for Goon Squad. The game was back and forth with no team leading by double digits. With every key shot 42nd Street made down the stretch, Jaffe responded with a clutch bucket of his own, willing his team to a hard-fought 4 point victory.

Fall 2023
Game Recap
The Association had a Championship like no other, featuring 2 completely dominant teams. It was tough to tell who the 1 seed was and the 2 seed. For The Kings, Lasko put on a performance hitting ridiculously tough shots to will his team back from a double-digit deficit in the 2nd half and get the game to OT. In OT, with the game tied with 8 seconds remaining, Isaac "MVP" Beda drilled a nasty 3 to win the Championship for Deal.

Game Recap
The JBA Fall 2023 season ended with the Syrians completely taking over the league in a full sweep of both divisions. The Kibbehs vs Nice Guys Finish Last came down to the final 2 min as both teams jostled for the crown throughout the game. For the Kibbehs, they had a complete game with everyone chipping in. Tobias stepped up as usual and Teren did his thing, which helped them open up to a 15-2 lead. But Nice Guys didn't go away easily. The Commish stepped up and had himself a game. Ephraim also stepped up and contributed with key shots along the way. With 2 min left and down 2, Nice Guys gave up a huge TO that turned into a 3 for Kibbehs and from there the foul game gave the win to the Kibbehs.

Winter 2023
Game Recap
The game started off slow with no team looking to be aggressive, but Team Halpert took a 14-6 lead off sloppy Kamikaze TOs. Kamikaze came out firing in the second half and took the lead with 14 minutes remaining. With 90 seconds remaining Kamikaze was up 7 and looked to cruise to victory. However, they didn't hit their FTs, gave up some brutal TOs and let Halpert get back into the game and into Overtime. In OT Halpert scored the first bucket then Jo hit a huge 3 to take the lead, followed by an Avi K steal to an Ethan layup and 1. Now up 5, Oppy misses a wild deep 3 but was able to get his own board and put up another 3 to make it a 2-point game. Halpert got the go-ahead bucket to be up with 7 seconds left, and then Jo fired a deep 3 that just rimmed out. Ball game.

Fall 2022
Game Recap
What a season, what a season. After losing the last game of the season, Team Raab needed a 3-game parlay to hit just to make the playoffs. On the other side, Smokin' Trees and Strokin' Threes needed to sneak in unfair subs to pull off a major upset last week over the defending champion Jack Turrell in order to make the finals. While the game technically began at 9 PM on the night of November 29th, it really began a couple of days before as Zachary "Captain" Neugut kept swatting away unfair sub after unfair sub from Josh "Bill Belichick" Potash. The first half was a neck and neck affair, with Dan Wex knocking down 3 after 3 and Sam Bernstein scoring a few midrange shots. However, Team Raab had answers, with Finals MVP Jonathan "Yonatan" Kerstein providing electric buckets and Chase "The Beast" Wickenhauser pulling down board after board. Sammy Merkin came out firing in the second half, at one point scoring 14 points in 6 possessions, yet Smokin' Trees and Strokin' Threes only managed to go up by 6. With 12 minutes left and still down 3, Zachary "Captain" Neugut called a timeout and reset their defensive scheme, which proved decisive. Team Raab then went on a 19-8 run to close out the game and win the title, with Sam "Team Namesake" Raab having 13 of those 19 and Captain Neugut scoring a bucket. Gabe "Other Team Namesake" Raab iced it at the line.
